Coaching is a short-term and goal oriented programme in which we work together to achieve your personal and/or professional goals. There is a good to fair chance that you have been contemplating your targeted goal, and you have probably put in effort to try and achieve it. In a coaching programme we will uncover what lies beneath the surface through conversation, methodologies and psychological models. The goal: to gain new insights into your actions, cognition, and emotion. Once you have a better understanding of yourself you will find that it will be easier to formulate the personalised steps needed to orient yourself towards your goal. From that point on you can start to experiment and gain new experience, which we will evaluate together and refine if needed. With progressive insights you will keep building towards your desired destination.
